Cafe bar DVLTV opened on Borovaya

On Borovaya street, 7 DVLTV Cafe Bar opened, named after the writer Sergei Dovlatov. The project has four founders - Maxim Dzhurko, Alexey Klimov, Timofey Gainulin and Svyatoslav Kaminsky: before that they worked at various positions in the city’s institutions, and now they have joined together to work on their own project.

Chef Jan Leonov included breakfast in the restaurant’s menu (cheesecakes, Viennese waffles, toasts, sandwiches, fried eggs, croissants and porridge), soups, grilled dishes and steaks. Desserts include a Guiness beer muffin with marshmallows, a spicy muffin with banana and caramel, a wasabi muffin, brownie with bacon, cherry and almonds from Brave Goodies confectionery.


Ekaterina Babich was engaged in the cocktail card, who made a bet on unusual combinations and serving - for example, in the bar you can try a meat cocktail. The average cost of cocktails is 300-400 rubles.

Earlier on the site of the DVLTV Cafe Bar, the Secret Room spikesi bar worked, and its interior was partially preserved, filling with various details. At the same time, the institution will intervene up to twenty people, sockets are provided near each table. The bar is open daily from 11:00, on weekdays and on Sunday until midnight, on Friday and Saturday until 05:00.
