An important game for understanding the essence of entrepreneurship. You will have to truly fill out a financial report, make several dozen transactions to break out of the “Squirrel Wheel”, stop the “Rat Race” and achieve your dream (each player chooses a dream from existing cards or makes his own before the start of the game). To play many times is not very interesting, but one is definitely necessary.

The author of the game is Robert Kiyosaki, an American entrepreneur, teacher and investor of Japanese descent. He wrote more than 15 books on entrepreneurship and financial management, the most famous of them are Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant, and it was on their basis that he created the game Cashflow 101 and several modifications of it in the late 90s.

Kiyosaki many times emphasized the importance of board games in understanding the essence of business and managing cash flows, he appreciated Monopoly and said about his game: “All that is required of you is to remember one secret of rich people: the rich do not work for money, because that they know how to make money work for themselves. Cashflow will teach you this. "

The game was first released in Russia in 2002 by Hobby Games. Players become settlers of the island of Katan, build cities on the island, obtain resources, trade, bluff - and eventually gain the required number of points.

There are 5 resources on the island: “Tree”, “Bricks”, “Wool”, “Grain” and “Ore”. Resources, combined in different sequences, make it possible to produce the buildings necessary for colonization: “Road”, “Settlement” and “City”.

In German games, the competition between the participants in the game is traditionally weakly expressed, so the “Colonizers" are a game of diplomacy in the first place. Success depends primarily on how well you have built up trading relationships with your rivals.

You are a detachment of rebels fighting against the evil Empire. Your task is to complete several missions, for this you need to choose those who will go on patrol. But among us there are traitors. They can not be allowed to mission, failure is inevitable.

"Resistance" is similar to the "Mafia", but simpler, without blindfolds and rustling - more logical and deductive. The game lasts 3-5 rounds, during which participants should try to figure out each other's sides and find out who they can trust. Each round begins with a discussion, after which the leader appoints participants to the current mission. Players vote whether they agree with this choice. Then those sent to the mission secretly choose - to support the mission or sabotage it, depending on their side. The winner - Empire or Resistance - is determined after three victories. Ideal training for negotiation.

Perhaps the most famous party-game in the world, it has been translated into five languages, including Russian, by the publisher Piatnik itself. This Vienna company has existed since 1824 and specializes in the production of playing cards. Activity is also, in a sense, a card game for mutual understanding. The goal is to explain the concept written on the map to partners as quickly as possible. Teams should overtake each other on the field, choosing the cost of the card, on which the level of difficulty of the hidden word depends.

A great game to believe in your abilities, learn to explain with words, drawings, gestures. The game instills important communication skills that an entrepreneur must have. A businessman is often limited in time, and he must explain the essence of the tasks to partners, investors and employees quickly, accurately and intelligibly.

“Jackal” was originally created by MSU students about 30-40 years ago: this is a completely domestic game, designed for the Russian mentality. The playing field consists of square chips randomly laid face down. This means that each time you explore the island again. Players walk around, explore the island, find treasures and try to bring them to the ship, avoiding rivals. And “jackals” - they take away treasures from rivals. The game teaches you to search, protect what you have found, skillfully take away from others in a small number of moves. Do not climb on the rampage, take risks in moderation, think ahead. All these qualities are very useful for entrepreneurs in their activities.
