Ingredients:

Figs -2 kg

Sugar -700 g

Red wine -200 ml

Nuts to taste -200 g

   

Black pepper peas -taste

Cinnamon Stick -4 pieces

Nutmeg -5 g grate

Anadye -3-4 pieces

Cooking

 Grate nutmeg. Cut the figs into medium cubes.

 Combine all ingredients in a pan: figs, sugar, wine, nuts, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, star anise and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for another 40 minutes.

With oranges and rosemary

Ingredients:

Figs -2 kg

Sugar -700 g

Freshly squeezed orange juice -200 ml 

   

Rosemary -6 branches

Orange zest -with four oranges

Lime -half

Cooking

 Remove the zest from the oranges, squeeze the juice out of them.Cut the figs into medium cubes. Lime cut arbitrarily.

 PAN ALL INGREDIENTS IN A PAN: figs, sugar, orange juice, zest, lime. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for another 40 minutes.

With Earl Gray and Chile

Figs -2 kg

Muscovado Cane Sugar -700 g

Earl Gray - 1 tablespoon

   

Chilli -2 pods

Water -200 ml

Cooking

 Brew a spoonful of Ear Gray tea in 200 milliliters of water. Cut the figs into medium cubes. Chopped at random.

 PAN ALL INGREDIENTS IN A PAN: figs, sugar, tea and chili. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for another 40 minutes.
